Job Orbit is operated by the PROCOM'26 organizing team at FAST-NUCES Karachi. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• One account per person/entity is allowed.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our policies or community standards.

3. Platform Usage

Job Orbit connects student candidates with partner companies for recruitment, internships, and job opportunities. We facilitate applications and interview scheduling but do not guarantee hiring outcomes.

4. Data Sharing & Consent

For Candidates: By applying or making your profile visible, you understand and agree that:

• Your profile, resume/CV, and application data will be accessed by participating companies.
• Your data may be shared with PROCOM'26 partners and sponsors for recruitment and event outcome reporting.
• PROCOM'26 organizers have administrative access to your data for platform operations.

5. Company Obligations

Participating companies agree to:

• Use candidate data solely for recruitment purposes.
• Not sell, license, or share candidate data with third parties outside their organization.
• Treat all candidates respectfully and professionally.

6. Content & Liability

• Users own the content (resumes, job posts) they upload.
• You are responsible for ensuring your uploads do not contain malicious code or illegal content.
• PROCOM'26 provides this platform "as is" and assumes no liability for hiring decisions, employment disputes, or data loss.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
